The aim of the Police Community Safety Team is to work in partnership with our local communities and Parishes to deliver ethical, evidence‑based, and community‑focused policing. Guided by recognised policing principles—including the National Decision Model, problem‑solving approaches, and proactive crime prevention—we will identify the causes of harm, protect the vulnerable, and bring offenders to justice. By collaborating closely with Parish officials, Honorary Police, and community partners, we will be visible, accessible, and responsive within every Parish, helping each community remain safe, confident, and connected while preserving the unique spirit of island life.
